Does this cover the highway approaches too?

Yes! Right now the main choke point is getting to the HOA/bus-only lane for the bridge plaza. MTC is also working on extending the bus lane on the West Grand Ave approach.

How much faster will the bus be?

We estimate it will cut at 10 to 20 minutes off of rush hour Transbay rides.

What if I never ride the bus, how will this help me?

This will help provide more options for all Bay Area residents and visitors and make it easier for those who can switch to buses make the switch. That means more people on the bus and fewer cars on the road in front of you.
